A little about me, I’m originally from Asia and I speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, Hakka and English fluently. I have a strong knowledge in Asian cultures, customer service and the casino industry. Ever since I graduated from the University of Memphis, I’ve been in the hospitality industry for more than 13 years and I will provide you superior service by making sure that you are receiving the highest level of service you deserve, whichever Total Rewards destination you choose.

All Cascata golf requests will incur a $550 charge and Rio Secco golf requests will incur a $225 charge per person unless otherwise specified. All golf requests are subject to additional caddy, rental and course fees as specified by requested course. Appropriate course dress code enforced.
